New ReviewerMy husband and I are on our 6th RV. We purchased our first four though R & R RV in Spokane, WA. They, by the way, offer great service. The first RV we purchased through Lazy Days was a (New) 2014 Thor Four Winds Super C. What a nightmare that was. Just about everything on it needed to be fixed. Now, although we had an appointment to get work done, they didnโt start working on the easier items right away; they waited for the ordered parts to come in. They just let it sit in the shop until they got everything in, and then worked on it. We ordered many items under warranty through Lazy Days and we never got them. R & R called us when ordered parts came in. We called Lazy Days numerous times and often they could not find any information that the item they were supposed to order was ever ordered.
We wanted a new Motorhome because the Thor Four Winds was such a nightmare. Even though we were reluctant to purchase through Lazy Days, they offered us a great deal and stated that they were having managerial problems which have been rectified with the hiring of new personnel.
We purchased a 2015 Winnebago A class to replace the Super C. It is a beautiful RV and the ratings for this vehicle were very good. After spending 6 months on the road with this vehicle we had many warranty issues.
Once again we made an appointment to get our motorhome in. It took almost a month to get it in the shop. Now that it is there, the nightmare is starting again. We brought it in on the 7th of December 2015. They asked us when we wanted it to be finished. We told them we needed it for New Yearโs Eve 2015. They said they couldnโt get that much work done or the parts ordered that quickly, it wouldnโt be ready until the end of January 2016. One of the reasons it would take so long is the quantity of the items needed to be repaired, but also the fact that many of the RV part manufacturers take two weeks off for Christmas. OK, we brought it to the dealership December 7th, Christmas is the 25th. They know what they need to order. When you have an appointment, it means itโs your turn. Things will start to get done right?
We are waiting for an update, we hear nothing. We call today, December 18th. They donโt even have it in the shop. Nothing has been ordered! The service manager stated that we said we didnโt need it right away so they havenโt started working on it.
We did not say we didnโt need it right away, we said we understood that it couldnโt be completed by New Yearโs Eve!
We had an appointment, this means they have an opening to start working on our vehicle. We want it in the shop. We want the items ordered that need to be ordered so they can be repaired in a timely manner. We want the easier items worked on and completed now. When the ordered items come in and the more difficult repairs are started it's not such a push to get things complete! This is not rocket science, this is common sense! We are still getting the run around, still being treated rudely. We have a right to be upset. We are not being rude, we expect to be treated respectfully, we have thousands of dollars invested in this vehicle and we want the work done right and appointments kept. Don't get people in to get work done until work can actually be started!

Maybe it's better just to buy an RV on the side of the road from a one owner and just pay for any repairs at a mechanic you know and trust and just don't deal with these so called companies
