So annoyed. Messaged the business manager regarding whereabouts of title 3 weeks ago.

No response. Emailed salesperson, no response. Texted he last week, she said they'd get it to us this week. Still no title.

Texted her again, said she'd check with title department.... Again no response and Again NO TITLE Absolute *** post sales customer service. A lot of unnecessary stress caused by *** customer service.

Contacted AZ DVM and was told used vehicle titles must be delivered within 2 weeks. This is not amusing.

They will get you. Customer service reps are on the company side looking for a reason to validate screwing you!
