We bought a used 2013 RV from Lazy Days. One week after the sale we went to pick up & trade our old RV.

The vehicle was not ready, tho the dealership let us know: 15 minutes before our appointment! We then started a 5 day stay in the parking lot as issue after issue was discovered and resolved. In our opinion, all the "issues" ought to have been found and fixed, before we ever were to pick up the vehicle. The RV received no level of mechanical review prior to the day we were to obtain possession.

We signed papers while waiting on the first repair. Oops! Parts were needed & this experience was repeated for 4 more days. We lost five vacation days sitting and waiting, frustrated and increasingly 'pissed'.

We met several dedicated employees of Lazy Days who followed our experiences, providing help and apologies: every day. We received $100 "...to make things right." Too little and too late.
