We bought an 2015 Forest River Class A Coach in January of 2018. The coach was winterized and we were told to come in "Anytime" in the spring/summer to get our walk through with everything on and running.

We live approximately 150 miles from the Aurora, Colorado location. We returned in early May, they couldn't see us, not even a salesman. We called in June and didn't receive a call back, so went ahead and dropped in as we were in the area. No, they didn't have time for us.

In July, we set an appointment and showed up. Well, they were busy and we would have to leave it for an unknown amount of time, in the middle of summer. After writing a review, the company called us and offered to set us up on an appointment, just call their service department. We did, they scheduled us for October, the 18th, two months later.

Well today is the 18th of October, 2018, my husband showed up for the scheduled appointment. The service department had the service order with the list of needed warrantied work and told my husband he would have to leave the RV for up to five weeks. He drove up there in snow and rain for a scheduled appointment and was once again turned away.

That is ridiculous and beyond incompetent. If there was a negative 10 to give this company, I would.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Lazydays RV Center Pros: Selection and finance.

Lazydays RV Center Cons: Salesman, Rude behavior, Dishonesty, Poor service.

Location: 3640 Chambers Rd, Aurora, CO 80011, USA

I apologize for any miscommunication and for not setting the right expectations. The service appointment entails meeting with your service advisor and once we get approval from the manufacturer on warranty items, we can order parts and complete repairs.

Please contact Billy Black, our service manager, at wblack@***.com to set up a time to discuss and resolve your concerns. Sincerely, Patti Wilson, Customer Service Manager

There was no miscommunication! You cannot claim miscommunication after 4 failed attempts to get a simple walk through!

We have contacted Billy Black and he has not helped at all and part of the problem. There were things that were simple to handle and could have been handled within a two to three hour time frame. We are not idiots and have a business, we would never treat our customers in this manner.

Lazydays RV is in the business of getting stuff out the door at any cost, not customer service or follow up. Complete liars like we have never dealt with before and will not deal with again.
