We purchased a pre-owned 2004 Mountainaire in June. During our walk through we made a small list of things that needed to be repaired.

Before writing an online review, I sent an email to Meagan Watson (customer service ?????) in an attempt to resolve the issues prior to an online review. Meagan never ever acknowledged our email. So here is what we think: Our salesman, Frank Silver was wonderful to work with as was Pat Singleton, Nikki in Insurance and Christine in Finance. HOWEVER, our list was never resolved.

The ice maker--- an original piece of equipment--- does not work; whoever cleaned to refrigerator broke the drip pan--we had water all over the bottom of the refrig. TV not properly installed; shower drain plugged; inside stair haphazardly replaced---original was termite infested; and finally--most alarming-- the coach was FILTHY inside. The beautiful, near perfect green and white carpeting has dirt and black marks all over it. Our bedroom carpet smells like a chemical waste dump.

Every drawer had dead bugs and dust. The cabinets were dusty. We spent 13 hours cleaning the coach and Stanley Steamer is coming to clean the mattress---which has tiny red stains on it, the couch, the tile floors and the carpet. Pat has agreed to reimburse us for the carpet.

Our advice to anyone buying a coach is to look at, touch , and check every square inch of your coach before you take it. And DON'T contact Meagan, she is useless.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

15 years old vehicle ? I'm surprised you didn't find Jimmy Hoffa in there.

How on this green earth can you expect warranty service on something a decade and a half old ?

Having inspected it prior to purchase (?) how did you miss all that ? Machines that old are usually sold -AS IS- and that's what you got.

We were not looking for warranty service, just what we were promised. When they told us the coach was cleaned, we took their word for it.

We did not think we had to inspect every single drawer, nook and cranny. Clearly you are a big money person that has some fool clean up for you on a daily basis. We are old and retired and just trying to have some fun with the time we have left-- a concept I guess you would not understand. Welcome to Trump's America------------ not respect , no common decency.

Also, 2018 minus 2004 = 14. Guess you failed math too.
