My wife and I bought a new 2016 travel trailer in August 2015. The sales staff we dealt with was very courteous and helpful.

The unit had a couple of very minor repairs that needed to be fixed. We paid in full for the rv at this time, and was told it would take about a week to get the parts and make the repairs. After about three weeks and no real answers and not being able to get in touch with Ken my "delivery specialist", we decided to drive the hour and a half to just pop in on him for an update. Amazing ly enough when we got to lazy days and the receptionist told him we were there to see him I received an e-mail update from him.

Funny how that works. However the update revealed that nothing had been done in three weeks and we were being told it would be a couple more weeks before it was complete. This was unacceptable to us and requested to speak with a manager. We had worked out with management that we would take delivery of the unit the following weekend and that it would be ready to go except for a panel that had to come from the factory.

The day of delivery we stayed the night as required by lazy days to see if there was any more issues. And, there was several more small issues. The worst of all to us was the fact that they supposedly check all plumbing before delivery but, every plumbing location in the rv was leaking. We spent the entire day there for them to try and make repairs, even though they had supposedly been working on it for about a month from when we bought it.

It took me contacting Ken again, the one that was supposed to contact me, about two months later to find out what the status of my parts to complete the repairs. He told me everything was there when I was ready to bring it in. I called to make an appointment in February 2016 and was told the earliest they could get me in was March 28. I went over what was going to be repaired with the guy making the appointment and he told me my advisor was Brent and that he would take great care of us.

I didn't believe that, as for the customer service has been terrible this far. We dropped off the rv on Saturday 26 for our Monday appointment and left a message for Brent to call me first thing Monday to go over the list of repairs. After I called four times I finally got a call back late Monday afternoon. Keep in mind, my appointment was for that morning.

He stated he would contact me midweek with an update. Friday afternoon, no word and could not get in touch with Brent again. I called and talked to Brents so called manager Tim, and he advised me the parts had been ordered. I found this funny due to the fact I was told everything was there and ready to be installed.

I couldn't get any real answers from Tim, what a manager, and he stated he would have Brent call me on Saturday for an update. I told him I would not hold my breathe for that, but I don't have much choice as they have me bent over a barrel right now I'll have to wait. Now it is Sunday and as I thought no call and no update.

I do not recommend lazy days to anyone for anything. Stay away from here, the only thing they live up to is LAZY....

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
