We called three months in advance for a service appointment, giving the scheduler a list of what we wanted done and explaining we could leave our coach with them for a week and a day. The day we dropped off the coach, we went over the list with our assigned service tech reminding him when we would be picking up the coach. That was a Friday. It took them 3 weeks to fix the walls and heater . They said it was due to forrest river not sending the panels. They had to fix the 1 panel in master bedroom and 1 in 2nd bedroom and 1 in bathroom. in the bath room they tried to cover the scratches with trim. Dropped Rv off 4-19-16, spent over 1 hr with adviser, left written detail on questions needing answered after Tech checked RV out. On 5-5-16 I called after not hearing from them, had to L/M for adviser. On 5-9-16 L/M with SERVICE MGR shortly explaining NO communications. I purchased a 2015 powerlite 5th wheel toy hauler in August of 2015. The coach had so many issues after our first trip out that the dealer (lazy days rv in Lovland, Co.) Told m3 to make a "punch list" and bring it back to them in November. I made an appointment and dropped it off on Nivember 7th 2015. We paid in full for the rv at this time, and was told it would take about a week to get the parts and make the repairs. After about three weeks and no real answers and not being able to get in touch with Ken my "delivery specialist", we decided to drive the hour and a half to just pop in on him for an update.
