Lazydays of Tuscon. We sat down to turn over our trade in, write the check and take delivery on a 2004 Class A Pusher. We had been told by the salesman, Frank, that both front brakes had been replaced, that is why it took so long for us to be able to take delivery on the unit. "One brake they got locally and one was shipped in from California." My husband noticed that the check brake light was still on which indicates that something is wrong with the brakes somewhere. Lazydays refused to fix it. They sat us down with the General Manager & he stated they had already "replaced one front brake" and he refused to fix anything else.

So, no one was being truthful. None of their stories matched. We refused to write the check.

Frank had taken delivery on a 2007, Columbus Sportsman Encore the previous day and he took us down to the paint shop for us to look at it. Frank stated that "it is getting a brand new cap". We fell in love with it without it even having it fully opened up. Suddenly we were buying a unit with 14,000 miles on it "AS IS'". To Lazyday's credit they fixed the front step that did not work, replaced lights in the lounge are that did not work, fixed the grey water tank that was leaking & did it with a smile.

We asked for a safety inspection which allowed us to purchase a three year service warrantee & a separate tire/wheel warrantee.

We moved in and went to the Grand Canyon National Forest to experience our first boondocking adventure. We got there and every coach battery was dead! A call to Lazydays of Tuscon and we were advised to take it to an RV dealer and get the batteries replaced and fax a copy of the paid bill to Lazydays. "You are good customers, there should be no problem getting Lazydays to reimburse you for the bill."

We got new batteries, paid for them and continued on back to Wisconsin. We got back just in time to experience some cooler weather and snow. Guess what, that "NEW" cap, It leaks when the snow melts and runs down the inside of the coach. We emailed Frank @ Lazydays in Tuscon right away & he stated that he would turn it over to his General Manager. We have not heard back from Lazydays in Tuscon since.

Now, why are we writing this 4 months later? We are not confrontational people & we still need to get the "new cap" sealed, BUT, we went to use the "FREE" 14 night camping card that we were given after we properly activated it. Reservations cannot be made online and the call center neither answers nor does it return our calls!

What can we say besides NEVER AGAIN!!! The trust is not there.
