Our Service Adviser Brent Wiggers was absolutely useless. We checked in our RV on the 16th of May to have recall work done.
For the next 8 days, he never contacted us. We finally called to follow up with him on the 24th. We left voice mails on his direct line twice, and tried to leave a voice mail on his cell phone number only to find out 'the mailbox is full'. Why have your cell number on your business card if you aren’t checking your messages.
When Brent did return my call late on the 26th he said ‘he got busy and forgot to call’, but that the RV was ready to be picked up. Then the invoice showed that 'Customer Declined' one of the recalls. When did he ask us about that. We didn't decline anything.
What he really meant was that the recall item had already been taken care of.We found Brent’s blatant disregard for customer’s time and lack of communication is totally unacceptable.

The most disappointing in user's experience was customer service, disregard for customer time, no customer service and no one calls you back and service department. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
